  • The AQF is the Australian system of learning pathways covering 12 different qualifications and linking universities, vocational education and training, and school education.
  • Australian universities offer three main levels of education
    • Bachelors Degree: 3 years or 4 years with Honours.
    • Masters Degree: By research or coursework as a higher level of study for graduates.
    • PhD: By research and course work.
  • International students can also take one or two semesters (6-12 months) in Australia , and then gain credit towards their degree at home under the Study Abroad program.
