Complaints, Grievances and Appeals Process
    Where you have an issue that is bothering you or stopping you from completing your work, there are a number of steps you can take to resolve the problem.
    Things that bother you may include:
    • you find the room temperature too hot or too cold;
    • you feel you are being picked on by the trainer or another student;
    • you are not happy with the training methods or the workbooks you have to work with.

    • If you want to complain or lodge an external appeal against a decision, you can contact the Overseas Students Ombudsman. The Overseas Students Ombudsman is free and independent service for International students.
